MOULDING

We specialize in moulding MDF, Ayous, Toulipier, Spruce according to customer requirements and profiles. We can mould profiles from 6 to 100 mm thick and up to a width of 230 mm.

Thanks to a very large milling machine warehouse, we produce for our customers more than 2000 different profiles used in the furniture and construction sectors. We only use MDF panels with a low Formaldehyde content (Class E1 according to EN 13986). On request, we use lightweight, ultra-lightweight and flame-retardant panels.

FINISHING AND ASSEMBLY

We operate with automatic machines all the operations necessary for a complete and high quality final product such as:

tailor-made cutting;
drilling and pricking;
edging with thickness or thermoadhesive film.

We assemble decorative panels for wardrobes, doors complete with glass or panel, and with French cut or 90°/45°.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL

We guarantee homogeneous sanding over the entire surface of the raw profile with an in-line belt sander after moulding.

We work with special machines for the edging and filming of the crosspieces to be combined with uprights of the same thickness for a perfect assembly of the doors. We perform in-line drilling and pinning, and edgebanding with any type of edge.

The attention to detail is ensured by the twenty-year experience of all our staff and by a rigorous production process.

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING

We carefully package our products on pallets, in cardboard boxes or in chipboard crates for container shipping.

At the request of the customer we label the products with barcode.

We pack bed frames and base frames for cabinets in kits, bundles of profiles, etc. in bars protected with extensibles.

The quality of each of our batches is carefully checked before being shipped to the customer.
